Common topics
- Account & login: Reset your password from the sign-in screen, or contact us if you cannot access your account.
- Subscriptions: Paid plans unlock books, videos, practice quizzes, community chat, and the AI study assistant. Contact us if payment succeeded but access was not activated.
- Delete account: Open the app → Profile → Danger zone → Delete account. You can also read our account deletion page.
- Technical issues: Tell us your device model, iOS/Android version, and a short description of the problem.
We aim to respond within 1–2 business days. For urgent subscription issues, WhatsApp is usually fastest.
