Delete account
You can permanently delete your Baroplus account and associated data at any time.
Delete in the app (recommended)
- Sign in to the Baroplus app.
- Open Profile.
- Scroll to Danger zone and tap Delete account.
- Enter your password and confirm. Your account and personal data are removed immediately.

If you cannot access the app, email support@baroplus.app with the subject Delete my Baroplus account and include the email or username you used to register. See our support page for other contact options.
What gets deleted
- Account and profile information
- Quiz history, streak data, and learning progress
- Community chat messages you posted
- AI chat history
- Subscription and payment records tied to your account
- Push notification device tokens
What may be retained
- Records we must keep for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons, if required by law
